Foodie Friday: No-bake Cookies

Well, if you’re not allergic to peanuts, wheat, dairy or honey, then these easy-to-make, no-bake cookies could be for you.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Roll into balls and roll in wheat germ. Or roll the balls in Rice Krispies, which gives it a nice crunch.
