Foodie Friday: Granola Goodness

My soon-to-be sister-in-law, Micayla, introduced me to this wonderful granola recipe from Gorgeously Green.

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
(Warm the above ingredients in a pot not to boil)
3 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
( mix all dry ingredients with honey and oil mixture)
Spread on sheet in oven 375 degrees for 10 mins
Add 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
Back in oven another 7-10 mins
