Foodie Fridays: Yumm Yumm

It’s all about the Yumm… Sauce, that is… We first discovered Yumm Bowls during a visit to  Cafe Yumm! in Eugene, Oregon. If we still lived in Eugene, I would have to start working at Cafe Yumm to satisfy my cravings. Variations on the Yumm sauces are available from the Cafe Yumm website, but thanks to a few different blogs, like vegiegirl, you can make the sauce at home. Although you can add any type of meat, Yumm bowls are especially good for vegetarians because they are packed with protein. I recommend making a double batch of the sauce, so you can freeze half of it for later.
